A-Rod And J-Lo Considered Favorites To Buy Baseball Team

It sounds like A-Rod and J-Lo’s bid to buy the Mets might become a reality.

The ‘J-Rod’ group is considered the ‘clear-cut favorite’ by multiple MLB executives, according to a USA Today report.

In addition to Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez, the investment group also includes current and former sports stars like Travis Kelce, Bradley Beal, Brian Urlacher, Joe Thomas, and DeMarco Murray.

Other bidders for the Mets include billionaire Steve Cohen and Sixers and Devils co-owners Josh Harris and David Blitzer.  Final bids are due August 31st.
