This weekend, the highly-anticipated live-action Mulan premiered on Disney Plus, but now the film is facing a boycott.

The film sparked controversy when in the credits filmmakers gave thanks to Chinese government officials where the movie was filmed. The only thing is that one of the locations is also being accused of having re-education camps that detain China’s Muslim minority.

China has denied having these camps and instead paints them as “lawful work camps.”
