Update: Dre Is Recovering And In Good Spirits After Brain Aneurysm
(Updated) Dr. Dre is doing well after reports of him being hospitalized on Tuesday (January 5th) for a brain aneurysm.
“Thanks to my family, friends, and fans for their interest and well wishes. I am doing great and getting excellent care from my medical team. I will be out of the hospital and back home soon,” the Hip-Hop mogul/producer wrote on Instagram.
Many in the Hip-Hop community responded with well-wishes including his former N.W.A. collaborator, Ice Cube, “Send your love and prayers to the homie Dr. Dre,” he wrote alongside a picture of the two of them at his Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony from 2017.

Well, 2021 is already off to a rocky start.
According to TMZ, Andre ‘Dr. Dre’ Young is currently at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles after suffering a brain aneurysm.
Sources connected to Dre, said Dre suffered the aneurysm Monday and was rushed by ambulance to Cedars and was taken directly to ICU, where he remains Tuesday.
Our sources say the 55-year-old music mogul is stable and lucid, but doctors don’t know what caused the bleeding and they are doing a battery of tests.
News has broke out that Dr. Dre has been hospitalised after suffering from an aneurysm, same sources are claiming he’s stable.
