Dr. Fauci Recommends Not Bringing Sick College Students Home

Many colleges and universities are dealing with COVID-19 outbreaks as students return to campus.  But Dr. Anthony Fauci says students who get sick shouldn’t be sent home.

Appearing on The Today Show, Fauci said sending those students back home is “the worst thing you can do” – because it could help spread the virus in their hometown.

Instead, Fauci says students should be quarantined on campus, in an area that’s isolated from the rest of the student body.
