Drake Has Barack Obama’s “Approval” To Play Him In Biopic

In case you were wondering who would play former President Barack Obama in a biopic the answer is Drake.

Back in 2010, Drake told Paper Magazine, he hoped a biopic would be made about Obama soon because he would like to portray the former Commander-in-chief.

Drake says he’s been studying Obama’s speech and mannerisms for years while watching him on television.

Obama was asked in a Complex interview what he thought about Drake taking on the role, “If the time comes, and he’s ready…Drake has – more importantly – my household’s stamp of approval. I suspect Malia and Sasha would be just fine with it,” said Obama.
