Healthy resolutions don’t have to be hard or focus on losing weight. Here are five thing you can do for some self-care in 2022.
Stop feeling guilty about everything you’ve eaten. Foods don’t have to be good or bad, and you’re never a bad person for eating a certain way.
Move your body more, and keep it simple, take a walk or mow your lawn.
It’s okay to ask for help. Mental health is just as important as physical health, and asking for help is not a weakness.
Don’t feel shameful if you need a sick day. Its okay, we’ve all been there, take care of yourself.
Finally, “Habit Stack” Pick one new habit you’d like to work on, and combine it with something you’re already doing daily, until your new habit becomes a daily habit.
