Gunna Officially Surrenders to Authorities for RICO Charge

Gunna has officially surrendered to police in Fulton County Georgia.

He, Young Thug and 26 others are facing multiple charges connected to the RICO Act.

RICO stands for Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations

Gunna, whose real name is Sergio Giavanni Kitchens, has been charged with one count of conspiracy to violate the RICO Act.

Gunna’s charge is connected to a 2013 incident.
