Janelle Monae is campaigning to play X-Men character, Storm.
In the comicbook, Storm and Black Panther’s King T’Challa are married and then they divorce.
So it makes sense that she approached Black Panther film director, Ryan Coogler about making her debut appearance in Wakanda.
In a recent interview, Janelle said, I definitely have thrown it out there. One of my dreams has always been to play Storm. I don’t know if she comes in Black Panther but it would be a dream to have her in it.
