Judge Rules In Nicki’s Husbands Favor
Last week Nicki Minaj’s husband, Kenneth Petty, asked the judge if he could be present at the birth of the couple’s first child.
TMZ reports Petty’s pre-trial conditions have been modified so that he can attend his child’s birth. Petty will be able to travel with Nicki on business trips as her manager and be by her side at the hospital when she gives birth.
Petty was arrested after he failed to register as a sex offender when the couple moved to Los Angeles. Petty was convicted back in 1995 on first-degree rape charges. He’s also been given the okay to have access to the Internet.
