Newman From ‘Seinfeld’ Defends Voting By Mail
You shouldn’t need to worry about the safety and security of your mail-in ballot, says the 1990s most famous postal worker.
Dusting off his letter carrier uniform, Wayne Knight returned as his Seinfeld character in a PSA for the super-PAC, PACRONYM.
“Newman” goes on to detail what he says is the “systematic, premeditated assault on the U.S. mail by President Trump and his so-called Postmaster General” in an attempt to make voting by mail difficult.
Reportedly, Knight was reluctant to revise the role, but David Mandel, who worked on the show and is now with Veep, did the convincing and the writing.
