SNL Is Finally Back This Weekend
Just in time to spoof the Presidential debates, Saturday Night Live returns this week and according to executive producer, Loren Michaels, it will be live!
Everyone will have to adhere to coronavirus precautions as the full cast, including Alec Baldwin returns for season 46. There will be a studio audience and Chris Rock is slated to host with Jim Carrey coming on as Joe Biden.
Michaels says there will be heat sensors and rapid coronavirus checks before people can enter the studio at 30 Rock. People will have to leave the set before stagehands come to make changes.
“Obviously, I take my responsibility for people’s health and lives very seriously,” Michaels said. “But we did a show with anthrax in the building. We did a show after 9/11. That’s what we’ve always done.”
