Tory Lanez Facing Assault And Gun Charges For Shooting
Charges have been filed in the case of Tory Lanez in the shooting of Megan Thee Stallion.
The LA County District Attorney’s office announced the charges:

- 1 felony count each of assault with a semiautomatic firearm.
- Personal use of a firearm.
- Carrying a loaded unregistered firearm in a vehicle.
He is due in court on October 13th.
If convicted he faces a possible maximum sentence of 22 years and 8 months in state prison.
